We will offer tailored treatment plans that meet the clinical needs of each individual client.
Is an Outpatient Program Right for You?
The daily challenges of balancing family, work or school can make focusing on addiction issues difficult. Outpatient Services can provide an effective yet convenient solution for demanding schedules. With daytime and evening sessions available you can access quality addiction treatment that integrates with your schedule. An outpatient recovery program allows individuals to carry on with their responsibilities without sacrificing their health.
Many people can continue living their life with minimal disruption when they take part in our outpatient program. Our programs are ideal for those who:
- Are in the early stages of recovery and need help sustaining sobriety
- Are in long term recovery but would like help with other mental health issues
- Need help rebuilding trust, establishing a sober support group, and developing healthy relationships.
An outpatient rehab program offers regular group and individual therapy sessions, which are facilitated by licensed Clinicians. These therapy sessions are designed to cover a variety of topics. These topics can include developing processes to help manage emotions and stressors, understanding “trigger” feelings and situations which may lead to abuse, money management strategies and planning, and how to adapt to unfamiliar and stressful situations.
Our New Jersey Outpatient Drug Rehab Offers
Group Counselling is designed to help individuals struggling with addiction by providing a regular, non-judgmental, and safe place to discuss issues unique to addiction recovery. By meeting with others experiencing similar issues, group therapy helps individuals feel less isolated and alone, which can decrease negative feelings that may lead to relapse.
Individual Counselling is a treatment intervention based on one-on-one conversations with a clinician. These sessions are available to help you process thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By working with a clinician in a private setting you may gain a clearer understanding of your inner-self and reach your personalized treatment goals.
